Kids outdoor cottage/playhouse, great for 3 to 8 year olds. Well loved (and with the sun-faded stickers to show it) but still sound kids play cottage. Ready for a new imagination to make now memories. A heavy tree branch landed on the thing, and left a dent in the roof (close-up in last picture), but the thing held up better than I could have expected. Kudos to the designers at Step2. Currently in Kanata, pick up only please (a truck would be best to fit it in the flatbed). Compare to new at $230 at Walmart (https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Step2-Neat-Tidy-Cottage-II/6000198020968).
