Room for Rent

Private large L-shaped cove bedroom for rent, fully furnished. Shared laundry, shared kitchen, and shared bathroom included. Wi-Fi internet and utilities are included; parking is negotiable.

This space is shared with me. No pets preferred (willing to discuss). No smoking inside, as I am very allergic and cannot have smoking in the house. I hope this does not offend anyone.

I am away about 60-70% of the year at my house in Florida and visiting friends and family in Canada. I am a 67-year-old single woman who enjoys life and has fun. I am quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful. I would prefer another woman as a roommate, if possible, but I am open to anyone.

First and last month's rent required, along with good references and a potential credit check.
