Since I finish my semester in june, I'am looking for someone between the age of 18-29 that could take my room the 9th. The contract finish in September so a contract transfer would be necessary.

The room will included a Bed, Glass Table, Two closet and a Couch.
(note that this wooden table, the chair the fan, pc, bed sheets are mine so they won t be included)

Otherwise the residence is in a good placement.
Since the blue and orange line of metro is around 10min of walk. There is a park, tennis, basketball and a outside public pool super close from here.
There is aswell a bunch of restaurant on the road of cote des neiges. There is also a convenience store around 1-2mins of walk from here and a bus stop.

To reserve the room, I will contact the Landlord and you will have to either visit or email them to by giving your identity.
As a precaution you will have to pay 715$ for September early.
