**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to operate various types of heavy machinery in our logging operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate heavy equipment such as, road side processors, and Log loaders in logging operations , as well as grow we there will be more opportunities to run different gear
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Work collaboratively with ground crews to ensure safe and efficient logging practices.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading logs and transporting them to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and production levels.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logging or forestry industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and rugged terrains.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
