This is not your typical student house! The house is owned by my sister and her wife, and I manage it as a live-in landlord. It's located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood near the corner of Ottawa and Weber. It is just an 8-minute walk from an ION stop, and close to major bus routes (7, 8, and 205). Easy commute to UW, WLU, and Conestoga — all within ~30 minutes by bus.

Please note: This rental is for ONE person only. No couples, no sublets, and no full-house rentals.
