It features a 20x12 wooden deck with steps into the trailer, including extra fridge in its own enclosure as well as a 3 year old large propane barbecue, a 8x7 shed, 6x3 wood shed, stone fire pit, satellite TV gravel lot with paving blocks walkway.

Well maintained and cared for trailer, featuring 4 bunks at the back, master bedroom at the front with sliding doors access, 4 year old upgraded queen size mattress, the dinette turns into a double bed and the sofa fold down into another bed, room for 9 people in total. The bathroom features a small tub with shower, toilet and vanity with sink. The kitchen has a double sink, lots of cabinet space, a 3 burner propane stove with oven and vent hood and a microwave above it, the large fridge has a separate freezer compartment on top, an efficient propane heater keeps you warm on the cooler nights and the AC keeps you cool on hot days.
