Bought 5 years ago, non-smoking house, but we have pets. Dual recliners in good perfect working order, and the back rests come off for easy transport .. but this was our only couch in the house for 5 years and has been well loved and lived on, subjected to a family of four with two young children, a large dog, and some cats.. so the fabric is thin and tattered. Would be a good couch for a den maybe for teens or college students as its small and lightweight and still a comfortable sit.

It's been spot cleaned of any food gunk and vacuumed, and had no major stains.. never been soiled on by the kids or animals either.. just kids eating snacks on it. It's lived in our storage container for the last 8 months over winter after we moved and has never had bugs except the odd spider maybe.. need it gone because the storage container is rented and needs to be returned now so it's losing its dry clean space.

It's safe from the elements right now in the storage container but will be moved to pallets in front of our house if not gone by over the weekend. First come first serve, you haul it.. unable to deliver.
