Trailer is in great shape for its year. Minor cosmetic deficiencies. New batteries last year and new power converter about 6 years ago. Everything works good except the electric landing gear switch that works when it wants to. Have a "hot wire" to the batteries so the manual landing gear crank is not necessary but does have one. one slide where futon couch is located. Rear kitchen, front double bed. Mattress has a protective cover over it since purchased in 2021 (like new). Floor is laminate plank. Replaced in 2018. No leaks, roof is in great shape, Has AC that works very well. Awning has no rips or tears. Comes with original user manual from Bucars Calgary. I am the 3rd owner purchased it in 2016.
Truck has some rust in the rear wheel wells and among door jambs. 299,000 Km on truck. Has new tires, brakes, rotors ball joints, shocks and other suspension components. New HD AGM batteries last year. Rear Firestone remote suspension assist airbags.
