Hello, I'm a quiet and tidy girl currently working in Saint John. I'm looking for a one-bedroom apartment (with kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit washer/dryer), or a two-bedroom apartment to share with a roommate. Ideally, it should be located on Millidge Ave, Uptown, or near a bus stop.

I don't have a car, I don't smoke or drink, I don't have any pets, and I maintain a clean, regular lifestyle. I also don't bring guests over at night. I have my own bed, dining table with chairs, and curtains.

I'm planning to move in on July 1. I hope the rent includes electricity, heat, and hot water, but I'm open to discussing the details.
