RM-2020 purchased for micro bakery in 2024. Bakery ran one day a week for eight months with a total of 32 bake days. I have many years experience with commercial baking equipment and can attest that the RM-2020 is one of the best built units I have ever worked with. I was able to bake 15 loaves at the time, with zero heat recovery time between bakes because of the excellent heat retention from the individual stones.

Due to health reasons I have had to step back from the micro bakery and I am looking to sell off some of our equipment, including our treasured RM-2020. I reside in Markstay Ontario, exactly three hours drive North of downtown Barrie.
