We are a in home cattery located here in Ontario in the scenic Rideau Lakes area. Here at Rideau Lake Bengals, we raise and breed top quality Bengal Kittens in an indoor, under foot and non-caged environment.

Rideau Lake Bengals is a well known & established cattery and have been breeding now for 18 years. We are here to better the breed, and produce healthy, quality Bengal kittens.

We are a fully registered cattery with The International Cat Association (TICA). We are a negative cattery for FeLV, FIV, Coccidia, Giardia and Tri-Tric. We test our Bengal's for PK-def, PKD1 & Bengal PRA B1 &(HCM)

All of our Bengal Kittens will have their 1st Set of shots when they leave our home at 12 weeks of age. It is important for our kittens to have this time with their mothers to ensure a strong and healthy immune system.

Although the Bengal comes in a wide variety of colours and markings, we are breeding the Black/Brown rosetted Bengal , Snow Lynx and Snow mink,Charcoal Bengal.

We DO NOT support the unregistered breeding of Bengal cats, also known as "Backdoor Breeding".

non-refundable holding fee of $300 TO $500 on pet kittens and a $1000 for breeder/show kittens is required to hold the kitten/cat for a buyer. At this time, the kitten will be held for you and no one else can purchase said cat/kitten.

Good Bengals are not inexpensive, you generally get what you pay for! Our kittens are individually evaluated and priced accordingly. Those that meet the Bengal standard, have the best markings, pattern, coloration and conformation, will have a higher price point. Kittens go through many stages as they develop so we are continually re-evaluating them as they grow. We reserve the right to re-assess them as they develop and price accordingly. Once a deposit is placed on a kitten however, the price is locked in and will not increase at any given time
