Hi everyone!

I am a professional/working, honest, respectful, quiet and clean 34yr old female.

I am looking to temporarily rent a furnished room in Innisfil (or South Barrie; the closer to the South Barrie Go the better!) as soon as possible!

Ideally this would be all inclusive, with laundry on site. Preferably having a bathroom not shared with everyone.


I do not have any pets, I am not a smoker, and I would not need a parking spot! No parties, no guests, I'm really no fun lol; truly just a quiet, honest and respectful tenant.

I am honest to a fault lol; so trusting me with your space I know would never be regretted :)


I am looking for something I know I would be committing to for the next 2-3 months, ideally starting May 20th. There will be lots of communication about when I'd move out regardless, lots of notice- and if longer is needed and not possible, that's also understandable if it's a right fit for right now :)


A little bit about me, before I waste any more of anyone's time! I am in a silly spot!

I technically moved from my Innisfil address, and everything fell through in the span of 4 business days. Now I am staying on a friends couch, who can only keep me and my small amount of things; until approx. May 20th!

I am starting a new job this Monday; but it's part time to begin with! And I wasn't expecting any of this week; so financially I am not completely prepared for the move I hoped for.. for any move really!! This job I am starting Monday will eventually led to full time with benefits, and I am lucky that my temporary ODSP hasn't been reviewed yet- because I do have that as an option when I am not working, or even can have my basic health benefits when I am working and don't have them through work yet.

I am confident I am able to pay first month upon moving in!! But I know with short rentals like this; I'm sure everyone wants last as well, or some kind of deposit! However, I know all I need is some time and housing to keep this job (it is in Tanger Cookstown, so without driving- uber transit is ideal in Innisfil or the South Go for work :)

I also have been looking into a second job while this one is part time, something I am not a stranger too!! But again, it requires a little bit of time just starting this job, figuring out my schedule.

I know within a couple of weeks I will be making significantly more and be able to commit to any financial agreement we both decide on! I already have a couple second jobs in mind, and have been doing as many small remote or even outdoors and local opportunities as I can!

I am a very hard worker, I am limited not driving a little bit :P BUT, like I said, I am confident that with some stable housing, I will only be able to financially get ahead as catch up on all those silly things too.

I hope hearing ODSP didn't turn you right off! It was something I was on temporarily years ago, and have so much proof of working right through until now! I hope if anything it provided you a small relief I was hoping it to!!
