We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair of various types of heavy equipment, including farm machinery and trucks. The Diesel Mechanic will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their equipment operates efficiently.

Duties
• Diagnose and repair Trucks ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Operate power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Work on various types of machinery, including Volvo equipment and other heavy-duty vehicles.

Requirements
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding repairs and services.
• Previous experience working at a dealership or a big Transport Company
• Valid 310T license is required; Will be doing Safety Certifications
