We are looking for a young bilingual man (English & French) to join our team as a Business Assistant. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gatineau, with limited remote flexibility. You will work closely with the entrepreneur to support the daily operations of a growing business.
Ideal Candidate
– Young man, fluent in both English and French
– Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated
– Takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do
– Has prior experience in administrative or assistant roles
– Comfortable organizing tasks, managing calls, and handling follow-ups
– Focused, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions consistently
– Bonus: Can assist with basic tech tasks (e.g., installing apps, using online tools)
Key Responsibilities
– Support the entrepreneur with scheduling, calls, and follow-ups
– Organize internal systems, emails, and digital tools
– Assist with managing documents, procedures, and daily operations– Contribute to structure and long-term growth of the business
