Job Summary:

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for all patrons.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated shifts.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, along with skills in food preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
