Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers, bartenders, hosts, crew members to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for serving drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will enhance their dining experience

Responsibilities
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain knowledge of proper food handling practices.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of bar experience
• Drinks and wine knowledge (knowledge of Italian wines a plus)
• serving experience
• Italian food knowledge
• Open and flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Can handle volume
• Charismatic, punctual and engaging
• Team player
• Well groomed and great sense of personal style
• Outgoing personality
• Passion for the hospitality industry and eager to learn
• Love what you do and can give great customer service
• Smart Serve Certified
• Silverware POS experience an asset
