I'm a local landlord in Sudbury looking for a dependable and skilled handyman to help with ongoing property maintenance. Experience installing flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, etc.) is required.

What I'm Looking For:

Flooring installation skills
General handyman abilities (minor repairs, caulking, trim, etc.)
Own tools and transportation preferred
Reliable, able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Pay:
$25–$35/hour depending on skill and experience.

Location:
Sudbury, Ontario. Work is on an as-needed basis, with potential for more ongoing projects.
