This garage/workshop/shed features two lofts. A front loft for storage above the overhead door and a loft in the rear for storage. We had the front lift window added. This is a premium building.

We ordered and had this building built and delivered September 2024. Due to a neighbor's complaint it now has to be moved. Either going to sell it or move it to a storage yard.

$12,000.00 - Regular price at that time was $15,595.00 plus gst. It normally takes up to 8 weeks to build so for $12,000.00 you get immediate possession, but must be moved by the end of May.

Presently located 8 miles east of Eckville. On TWP Rd 394. The only reason we are selling is due to dispute.

I will split moving costs up to 80 km.
Suggest contacting Jordyn Toews of Triple T Transport 403.704.3081 for moving and set up (if needed). He has a ‘mule' to attach to one end and wheels to lift and move it into any parking space. He delivered it to me last October and has a specialized trailer specifically for this buildings.
