Selling my tent trailer. Moving and need it gone. Cant take it with me . In rough shape looking, have had it for 8 years. Lots of mountain trips. No leaks . One rip on the side with tape on it. Other then that tent is solid. Furnace works. Stove top works. Fridge works. Have never hooked it up to water and used it. Hooks up to a generator. Keeps you off the ground and warm. Cable is in good shape and goes up and down fine and seals closed with no issues . Have used this many times with the kids. I have the title and manuals
