This camper has been used as a bunkie at our lake cabin. Its needing some TLC with a soft spot on the floor at the foot of the bed. Air conditioner works, furnace works, stove works. We have never used the hot water and suspect it does not work. The fridge stoppped working 2 years ago but never looked into why.
