This book quite literally made it through both world wars, as it has been in British Possession until it was given to me.

All of the illustrations are hand drawn, obviously since there was no Photoshop back then, and all pages and original protectors for the illustrations are present.

The spine is very damaged after almost 200 years of existence; however all pages are intact and in great condition. Anyone who collects old books like this, will easily be able to mend the spine.
