Tractor has been gone over and works good. I used it for several hours this spring for de-thatching and sweeping my yard. De-thatcher is NOT included. Previous owner swapped the original 19.5 HP V-Twin engine out and installed a 16 HP Briggs and Stratton V-Twin engine which runs great. Fresh oil change and oil filter, new drive belt and electrical works great. Tires are good and hold air.

NO DECK and Battery is NOT included in the price but I will include the battery for an extra $50. So it's $250 without the battery or $300 with the battery.
