im a retired male ( smoker ) looking to rent out small spare room in a 2 bedroom top floor apt on the west side preferably to an older m/f who has a daytime job ( not afternoons,evenings or nights ) or retired is fine to must be clean and quiet .
close to mc donalds no frills the bus service is very good, room includes new single bed , computer table , printer table but no dresser as im not looking to add any furniture . theres no storage here just bring your clothes and cleaning up after yourself is a must .
power included internet is $50.00 extra if you choose to have it you as well pay for your own laundry and parking is on the street no pets of any kind damage deposit is half the rent .
n/p or over night guests they must be gone 11:00 pm and ( absolutely no drugs ) if your in to that dont bother reply to this ad .
