Job Type: Full-Time: 32 - 40 hours a week

We're currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our Lethbridge location. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional attitude
Manage reservations, room assignments, and payments
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
Operate phone systems and basic office equipment
Ensure guest satisfaction and promote a positive stay experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – fluent in English
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Intermediate computer skills (experience with reservation software is a plus)
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and is a self-starter
