Position Details:

Contracted, part-time position

Flexible hours based on project needs

Must have own tools and transportation

Typical Duties Include:

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Painting, drywall patching, and minor carpentry

Appliance installation and troubleshooting

General property upkeep and maintenance
