The second roommate is also 22 and working in fashion. We are looking for someone who is kind and respectful about shared spaces but also wants to curate a warm and welcoming home! We love all things arts and crafts and welcome any femme/nb person into our home

PRICE - Room is $1125/month utilities (~$50)

LOCATION - Brock and College, 10/15 minute walk to Dufferin Subway—very close to Ossington, Roncy, and Little Italy

UNIT - One bedroom available in a 3bed 1.5bath house. The room has a private half bath attached, a large window, and space for a double bed and dresser.
