Job Title: HVAC Installer – Ductwork Experience Required, Boilers a Major Plus

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and brings strong ductwork installation skills to the table. Boiler experience is a major asset.

Position Summary:
We're hiring a skilled HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of field experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing custom ductwork and a solid understanding of HVAC system layouts. Familiarity with boiler systems (hydronic, combi, etc.) is a major plus and can open doors to more specialized work within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Measure, fabricate, and install sheet metal duct systems

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Ensure all installations are code-compliant and meet manufacturer standards

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers

Assist with boiler installations if qualified or willing to learn

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience

Proven experience with sheet metal ductwork is required

Boiler installation experience is a strong asset

G2 Gas License (or equivalent) preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
