Job Title: Paving Assistant / Laborer (Full-Time, On-Site)

About the Job:
We're a local paving company specializing in repairs and installations for residential clients. We're seeking a reliable Paving Assistant to join our team this summer. You'll work directly with the owner, providing hands-on support for daily projects and helping grow our business.

Responsibilities:
Assist with paving repairs, installations, and general labor on-site.

Load/unload materials and tools; maintain a clean worksite.

Personal Car Required (but could arrange to travel in team car if highly motivated individual)

Occasionally assist with client outreach (e.g., door-to-door canvassing for new leads).

Follow safety protocols and instructions carefully.

Requirements:
No experience needed—willing to train the right person!

Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in summer weather).

Punctual, dependable, and able to take direction.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
