Based out of Scarborough Region

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver material at customer sites in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and South Western Ontario (SWO) 90% of the time

Conduct pre-inspections and post inspections of truck and load.

Must ensure that the load is properly secured, and responsible for strapping and tarping the load.

Comply with all Ministry of Transportation and Dash Expedite regulations and policies.

Professionalism and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate has 3 years experience as a commercial driver with flatbed experience.

Valid and up-to-date drivers abstract, G Class License.

Strong ability to follow instructions and have knowledge of Google Maps.

Strong ability to work in a team environment.

Able to lift up to 50lbs and ensure load is properly secured on the flatbed.

Able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Able and comfortable driving in all weather conditions.

Self-motivated, punctual, reliable and highly safety conscious.

Must have vehicle to get to work

Must have cell phone with data plan

Must have Steel toe boots

Pay Starting at $20/hour
