Price is so low, virtually almost for free.

Very comfortable living room chair.
Is larger, ~ 40 inches wide, ~ 32 inches high at back (~25 inches high at arms front)

It is older, but I've rarely sat on it since I use the sofa. Only used when I have visitors.

It is in my basement, thus will take two strong individuals to move.

I've also included a picture of the matching 3 seat sofa which you are welcome to take for free, but under the seats a red pen and a blue pen leaked years ago, so it does not look appealing under the cushions. Also there is one hole under the cushions; does not affect comfort. This is upstairs in my bedroom, so it will definately take two strong individuals to move this heavy couch.
