Conveniently located next to the pool, laundry house, office, club house and garbage bins.
This campground is beautiful and well maintained with awesome staff and very helpful seasonal campers. It is also a quiet campground with respectful campers. There are events for young and old. Pets and children welcome.
This is a fiberglass trailer so there will never be rust and there was never a leak.
Air conditioning (electric ) Heat ( propane ) stove ( propane ) and fridge ( electric or propane ) everything works as it should. It will be partially self contained with Kitchen supplies as well. The couch folds easily down to a 2 person bed with memory foam located under master bedroom with a Queen bed . There is also a portable electric heater on coasters included as well as 2 gravity loungers. 
Out side there is a manual awning (works) A table and 4 chairs (a year old) and a patio charcoal burning pit.
The deck is 2 years old in perfect shape including deck lights on the posts.
$1825 plus hst for this seasonal lot. The least expensive Camp ground in the Valley. (This season 2025 will be free for you) new owner can stay at campgrounds discretion.
The carpeting will need to be replaced unless you can clean it better than I did. as well as the queen bed which is original.   
This 5th wheel is in great condition (not perfect) especially considering the year.
Tires look good as does the underneath. It has been sitting at this campground for a few years.
This trailer will not be open for viewing until the second week in May and has been dewinterized.
I am not interested in selling the deck separately
