Its BBQ season and we need to move our spring inventory of roasts. Great for roast beef dinners, homemade lunch meat, or if you want to try your hand at making jerky these are the perfect roasts to use for that as well. These are premium roasts that have been dry aged 14 days, vacuum sealed 3.5-5lb each. 300lbs of roasts currently available. Currently $9-12lb Regularly $14-16/lb. If your able to use a larger quantity we could do a bulk rate on 10 or more roasts.
