Located in the heart of Koreatown right off Bloor Street, with a 3 minute walk to Christie subway station, and a walk score of 99. Dozens of restaurants at your fingertips, 3 major supermarkets within 15 min walk, local markets, dollarama, banks, parks, etc. On-street parking with permit. In-house laundry, bathroom, kitchen, and living room all shared with me.

Your room comes unfurnished and measures 11ft x 9ft plus an additional hallway and closet. Rent is $975/mo and you will have a one-year lease with the landlord. Internet is shared with me at an additional $30/mo. Air conditioning, heat, utilities etc all included. Move in date is June 1st, 2025.

Our household is free of drugs, cigarettes, weed, and pets. This is not a party house, but occasional social visits are fine with me. It has the usual qualities of a basement: low ceilings, small windows, and people living above. Separate entrance at the side of the house.
