We are looking for energetic, physically fit, and mechanically inclined laborers.
Minimum Requirements:
• Safe work history with a commitment to adhere to safe work policies and procedures
• Physically fit
• Your own steel toed safety boots
Success Criteria
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have a strong work ethic, and be capable of sustaining physical activity for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift
• Be able to learn new tasks and follow instructions.
• Be able to perform repetitive work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Work well with others
• Valid Class 5 License
Beneficial Experience / Training
• Construction site and laborer work
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• CSTS Construction Safety Training System
Construction Worker skills
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Experience on a construction crew preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn construction skills on-site
• Ability to complete work efficiently and correctly with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Advanced organizational skills
• Able to work well with others
• Physically fit, able to spend long periods of time on your feet
• Not afraid to work in or around water bodies, embankments and/or cliffs
