Hi we are selling a Hobart Potato Peeler 15-20lb capacity that has a Cabinet Base With Trap & Strainer in near perfect condition, and in complete working order.

The equipment we are selling is everything we managed to salvage from our restaurant that closed down, most of which are sturdy, heavy duty, and well maintained equipment. This Hobart item was well kept and never abused; the only thing missing are the legs which don't affect the complete and total functioning of the product.

Other than a few minor cosmetic issues such as scuffs, and dents, there are NO leaks, electrical issues, or motor problems. This is a straight plug in machine with no ON/OFF switch or Speed Control.

I am looking to offload it before investing any money and time into it. My eventual plan is to get a Hobart Technician to come out and service the unit, add a speed control / on-off switch, new legs, and give it a full deep clean and shine.
