Garneau kids bike, in purple. Excellent condition.
Probably good from around 4-6 years old (just our experience).
Similar product at Sporting Life - over $300 with tax (they no longer have the purple which is a great color).

This was our daughter's second bike so no major falls, and the training wheels where never used.
There is some wear which the more details pictures show. Very minor rust and scratches (stickers peeling off on the edge and from a fall), but overall, as the pictures show, the bike is very clean and in mint condition.
For the more girlish flare, some additional parts with basket, bell and streamers. Also shown in pictures.
