Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Solar Panel Installer to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial rooftops or other structures. You should have a solid understanding of electrical systems and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panel systems according to design specifications and building codes
Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops, ground mounts, or other structures
Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure functionality
Perform system testing and troubleshooting
Follow safety procedures and regulations
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Provide clear communication with customers and team members
Complete installation documentation and reports

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)
Proven experience in solar panel installation or a related field
Knowledge of PV systems, electrical wiring, and basic construction
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
NABCEP certification (preferred but not required)
Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops for extended periods
Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, heights)
