Two MEC internal frame packs. MEC doesn't make these any more, so I couldn't tell you exactly how many litres they are, but I would guess around 35 or 40. These are not large packs for multi-day hikes, but they are large for day packs. I think you could probably do an over-nighter with one if you were careful what you took.

They do have a rigid internal hard frame. They are well padded and comfortable, with nicely padded backs and waist belts with sternum straps. Lots of external pockets, lashing points and shock cords for attaching stuff. The blue one has a top that can extend for greater volume, or fold back in for smaller loads.

I bought these things a long time ago, but they were rarely used, maybe 2 or 3 times. They are in excellent shape, clean with no wear, rips or wear areas.

Asking $45 for the blue one, $35 for the red one.
