We offer shorter term for $1600 per month plus exit clean fee. A suitable guest is professionally employed on a short/long term contract in Parry Sound and has a permanent address elsewhere. The guest house accommodates individuals in a safe, clean, secure setting. The rules of the guest house are quite restrictive and not appreciated by all, for instance no food prep after 745 pm and no long cooks of food with high level of odour, or steam at any time.
Guests appreciate quiet at all times. No visitors. We are a guest house and thus the residential tenancy act does not apply to our setting. We also offer nightly, weekly, monthly rates which are higher and paid in full on arrival.
