Looking for Superintendent with Strong Repair and General Contracting Skills (Starting $40K–$60K)
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong appliance repair skills, a background in general contracting, and the ability to handle day-to-day building maintenance efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
    •    Performing repairs and maintenance on appliances (fridges, stoves, washers, etc.)
    •    General contracting duties (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
    •    Overseeing the upkeep of the property and responding to tenant repair requests
    •    Coordinating with external contractors as needed
Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in appliance repair and general maintenance
    •    Hands-on, problem-solving attitude
    •    Strong communication and organizational skills
    •    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Salary: Starting from $40,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and skillset.
