Water cooler uses replaceable PUR filters. Dispenses cold water or hot water. Removable water reservoir. Place cooler on floor or on a table. Very good condition. Filters may need replacing sometime in the next 12 months. Manual included. I just don't have room for it any more. $10 or best offer.
