Used, 8yrs old, just replace with another Rinnai, works great with low delta T demands. Just replaced fan and had unit professionally cleaned. I had intermittent conditions and uncertainty in parts requirements that I decided to just replaced. Potential for parts swap and testing to get to 100% functionality. Continued to use it in house for months, while i got the replacement. Lots of tech info to share.
