Requirements and skills:
Perform maintenance and repairs
Proven experience as handyman/carpentry skills
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing (eg. Replace a faucet or broken switch/outlet etc.)
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, plaster & paint walls etc.
Collaborate with co-workers and report to the maintenance manager.
