We have 1 room for long term rent in our spacious and very bright 5 1/2 (on the 3rd floor) at Chabot and Masson in the Plateau. Available from mid May, ideally for at least a year.

$700/month includes EVERYTHING: washer/dryer, high speed internet, furnished kitchen and salon/dining room, large furnished room with closet, and a large balcony in the back. It also includes electricity.

We are three people (and a small dog) currently in the apartment: Philippe, Shannon, and Natalie, all in our 30s. We all speak both French and English. We don't generally plan communal activities together, but we often find ourselves gathering around the kitchen table sharing food, drink, or a story when people's schedules coincide!  

We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and who will help keep the communal areas clean and neat! NON SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE

Available mid May/ June 1, preferably for at least a full year.
