Position: Administration Clerk - Term position

Howard Little Excavating Ltd. is a locally owned Annapolis Valley company that has continued to grow over the past 49 years. We specialize in sewer, water and road construction as well as excavation for residential, commercial and industrial buildings covering Kings, Annapolis and Hants Counties. We offer wages and benefits package that is competitive within industry. To apply for the Administration Clerk position, please note the following:

Responsibilities:

• Enter payable/receivable information on Sage Accounting software in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist with answering phones and selling to customers on our products
• Work with accounting staff and supervisors to ensure timely billing of all jobs
• General administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting would be considered an asset
