Title: Front Desk Administrator - Full-Time/Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Administrator to manage our reception area. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
* Professionally greet and assist visitors.
* Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
* Manage and distribute mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
