The Vernon Buddhist Temple warmly invites you to our one hour Meditation Session from 2:30pm on May 24, 2025. Hirano Sensei (Rev. Hirano) will lead the Session and teach if requested how to meditate sitting in a chair or on the floor. This is a free event being held at the Vernon Japanese Cultural Centre.
