Looking for treed land at least 5 acres. Want a get away spot for weekend away from the bustle of the city. Suitable for trailer and possibly a home eventually. Raising 3 generations of kids/foster kids so need room to explore without being a nuisance to neighbors. A creek or body of water would be a bonus. Would pay more for a usable cabin or house. Less for something that has no amenities. Hoping to stay within an hour from Winnipeg.
