We are currently hiring a part time, with possibility of full time hours.
This is a medical office assistant position in the LEDUC location.

MOA Duties include but are not limited:
Booking appointments
Faxing incoming/outgoing
Indexing patient information into chart.
Sending off referrals
Assisting doctors with procedures
Answering multiline phone system.
Light duty cleaning


This is a fast paced environment, with little to no down time. Our office consists of 3 regular doctors and 1 casual Dr. On Saturday. We are currently using the EMR Healthquest, Experience is a MUST! Hours of operations of the clinic are Monday through Friday 9-5PM and Saturdays 10-2PM.
