This is close to buses , trains , stores , banks .
This is a very safe area in Kitchener and peaceful .
As I mentioned before , Respect Is Very Important !
If you drink alcohol or smoke pot apply yourself
accordingly !

First & Last Month's Rent And Key Deposit Is Required $1835.00

There are a few jobs around the house , if your interested , but show me what you can do !
This can somewhat reduce some rent costs !
